I handmade this head cage using leather straps and pieces from a pearl and diamante trim. Every strap is attached to a satin headband and fastened with rivets. I pulled apart a diamante and pearl trim and glued it where the straps cross over.

This was a project I completed to familiarise myself with different construction methods, workshop tools and to branch out from my costume making skills.
